CIXA SEGURA was created to protect those who decide to report situations of irregularity or non-compliance. This channel fully complies with EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937), which guarantees the right of any person to make a complaint safely, with protection against retaliation.
Submit your complaint
Go to the form and describe what happened. You can choose to be anonymous or identify yourself and attach documents, images or recordings as evidence.
Receive an access code
A unique and confidential user code is generated just for you. This code allows you to return to the portal to follow the process.
Follow up safely
Access your private box on the portal with your unique and private code. Consult the status of your complaint and the measures being taken at any time, always within the platform.

How PT2 works
Managing internal whistleblowing can be complex, but with CAIXA SEGURA the whole process is simple, secure and compliant with EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937).
The platform gives you total control over the whistleblowing received, guaranteeing anonymity for the whistleblower, traceability of actions and clear reports for audits.
Receive and assign reports
Every time a new report is registered, those responsible receive an automatic notification. It is possible to assign the report to one or more report managers, keeping all the information confidential and accessible only to authorised profiles.
Track and report securely
Each manager can exchange secure messages with the whistleblower within the platform. Documents and evidence can be attached without risk of loss or undue exposure.
Resolve and report
The system allows you to track legal deadlines (7 days to acknowledge receipt, 90 days for measures). At the close of the process, you can generate exportable reports (PDF/CSV) for internal and external audits or competent authorities.
